Everything is made to order. Every piece is printed just for your little outlaw when you order. Nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse, so production usually takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. Because each piece is made for you, we can't take returns or give refunds for change of mind.
Wrong size? Swap it for $9.99. Babies grow fast. If the size doesn't work, you get one size exchange per item within 30 days of delivery, for a flat $9.99. Email hello@loudlittleoutlaws.com with your order number, the item and the size you need. You don't need to send the first one back: keep it or pass it on to another little outlaw. We print the new size and ship it to your US address. Exchanges are for a different size of the same design. Posters can be exchanged for the other print size of the same design. One-size items (hats, caps, the tote and the 30 x 40 inch small throw) and mugs can't be size-swapped. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.
Something wrong with it? We'll make it right, free. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, email hello@loudlittleoutlaws.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it free or give you a full refund, your choice. No need to send the item back.
Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or says delivered but you can't find it, email us. We'll work with the carrier and reship or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Cancellations: Orders go into production fast. Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to cancel.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
