These terms cover your use of loudlittleoutlaws.com and anything you buy here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
- Products. Items are printed to order. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the finished product. Prints may vary slightly from item to item.
- Prices and payment. Prices are in USD and can change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We can refuse or cancel any order, for example after a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we'll refund you in full.
- Shipping, returns and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.
- Safety. Garments are clothing, not sleepwear. Supervise little ones and follow the care instructions. Remove any loose tags or threads before use.
- Intellectual property. All designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to Loud Little Outlaws. Don't copy or resell them without permission.
- Promo codes. One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and may expire.
- Disclaimer. The site and products are provided "as is," to the extent the law allows.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
- Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
