- Where we ship: United States, including APO/FPO.
- Who makes it: our print partner uses stocked blanks and may fulfill different products from different locations, so not every item ships from the same place.
- Production time: every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2-5 business days.
- Delivery time: delivery timing varies by product and destination, so check the estimate at checkout. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships. Some adult pieces and APO/FPO deliveries can take longer.
- Organic cotton baby bodysuits: these are printed by our partner in Latvia (EU) and shipped to the US, so they take longer: allow 2-5 business days to make, then about 5-8 business days to arrive (about 8-14 business days in total).
- Rates: free shipping when your merchandise subtotal is $75 or more after discounts. Below that, shipping is a flat $9.99.
- Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. That's normal, because items are made in different spots.
- Gifts: you can ship straight to the parents-to-be. Just enter their address at checkout.
- Holidays: delivery estimates aren't guaranteed. Order early for showers, birthdays and holidays.
